Peter Molin
Professor Peter Molin Teaches at Rutgers University, NJ. A former Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army, he taught English at West Point, and served overseas in South Korea, Egypt, and Kosovo. In 2008, he deployed to Afghanistan for 15 months, where he served as an advisor to Afghan National Army units in Khost and Paktya provinces.
A columnist for The Wrath-Bearing Tree, Molin’s writings have also appeared in Task & Purpose, War, Literature, & the Arts, O-Dark-Thirty, Prairie Schooner, and the Maryland Historical Magazine. For the last decade, he has also edited Time Now: the Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan in Art, Film and Literature.
